If its an issued jacket the bevelled pockets suggest Sheeplined or Bronco, but many civilian jackets had similar pockets so a private purchase is a possibility.

Think it's a Bronco, could be a United Sheeplined (can't get a good look at the epaulets and shoulder seam). The bevelled pocket corners are the big tipoff that it's one of these two makers.
