This is an incredible shot, all the more so in that the Voodoo "One-O-Wonder" patch is clearly visible on the pilot's sleeve.

The F-101 had an interesting career. Originally an interceptor, but was seen more often in Recce roles. I believe it served in the Canadian Air Force much longer as a CF-101.

When I went TDY up to Cold Lake AB, the Canadians were still flying T-33 or CT-33s. Got my one and only incentive flight on this old bird.
