Great film, thanks for posting it. Geez after all they went through if they'd had a stack it could've been the last day for any of those guys standing on the fronts of the speeding cars. Goes to show the excitement levels.

Great film. I have walked down that street many times in my trips to HI. Man has it changed. The beach hasn't much. Really liked the film great to see stuff like this.

Loved it, Thanks!! Who is the singer we hear? Sounds a bit like Al Jolson, but probably more modern, I have the image of him, just can't think of the name ....

Wow, that's got to be one of the craziest day in the US. Kalakaua Ave. sure does look a lot different today. This is the best.

That singer is without a doubt Jimmy Durante. It's a good WWII song. The one that would have been the best for this video would be Vaughn Monroe singing "When The Lights Go On Again All Over the World". That one would have been perfect.
