Vintage Perry

Just returned from the 388th BG reunion in Savannah where we visited the Mighty Eighth Museum. Had the opportunity to photograph a few jackets and patches on display. As time permits I'll post some of the photos. Until then here are some images of a vintage Perry owned by one of the 388th veterans and brought to the reunion by his family.

this one is a bit faint but is a leather 8th AF patch

Great pics and awesome opportunity! I visited the museum years ago. The Phantom outside caught my eye as did the huge billboard!!! The museum was very well laid out..how about the jeep tracks going into the wall Vcool!!!
Did you get a chance to shoot at some Germans in the waist window video game...kinda neat..looking forward to more pics....
