Hey, coincidence or what: the 306th BG was the model for the fictional 918th BG (306 x 3 = 918) in Twelve o'clock High. It is a plane from this fictional BG that Dean is researching jacket art for (see other current thread)

Thanks Stu, i like the third from the left Little Joe composition,, does that mean he and his unit has been on twenty three mission or twenty three confirmed hit?

Oh and i wish i could have that same haircut ( never had a successful 40's era haircut )
