Paypal just sent me an email informing that they will no longer freeze funds in case of a dispute filed against me. Well I'll be dipped in....

I sent tow nasty emails to PayPal in the last month. Within an hour, I got my issues resolved beyond what I asked for. It pays to b*tch loudly, often, and with some flair.
Or, 2/3 might do

Paypal used to tally transactions? Have you attained a certain number of transactions recently? It might have deemed you 'worthy' of your own money? Very nice of Paypal....All good nonetheless..

Well, I've been with them and Ebay for over ten years. My transactions in Ebay are just over 2000, so my PP transactions have to be at least triple that considering repeat customers that contact me directly and bypass Ebay. I have never contested a dispute and have only had a handful. Most of the time I found out quickly, return their funds right away and block them forever. All disputes were about various military antiques, none for my patches.

As nice as it was to hear this from PP, Ebay removed my "Top Rated Seller" status recently because I forgot to add a return policy of money back within 14 days to 90% of my listings. I did add the return policy to all of my fixed price listings (patches) but will charge a restocking fee of 10 bucks for a simple change of mind. This should be the only reason someone would return it, Ebay gives the option to add info to your policy, so I added a deterrent.

I wasn't very happy about the Ebay change of status, but at least they kissed me before they ****ed me

Can't ask for more than that. As a high volume seller it is strange that your funds were held. Perhaps those clowns and thier disputes put you offside with some policy that no one ever reads? Good luck with the future sales and payments..
