You think it would have been easier and less costly to the taxpayer to just have ordered G-1s without fur collars from existing contractors. I wonder why they went with black.

The pockets are sized way out of proportion to the jacket and so are the size of the collars. Im not completely sure, but I think US Wings may be one of the manufacturer’s of this mess.
