I've got a GW Dubow made out of the same stuff. If you like the "real" aged look (no hot water required), this is pretty cool goatskin.

I'd call it a 42-43 [deleted: "short"] in "real life" sizing, based on the measures you give.

I am a 44R and this fits me extremely well, ever a little wiggle room. If anything I am a little larger than 44 and average build so 42-43 short????????

Your "sleeve" and "back" numbers didn't include knits. That's why I thought "short." (I've edited the post.)
My mistake, but others may make it too.

23" across the pits typically means 46" total chest. That can be tight on a 44 suit wearer depending on the jacket's cut and his build. Maybe the back pit measures wider?
