Unusual constellation on this photo

I stumbled over this photo on pinterest.
It shows german luftwaffe staff proceeding a kind of victory celebration. The fascinating part is that the guy on the left who serves a drink wears an A2 jacket. The A2 sports a squadron patch on the left chest. I'm not sure if the patch is still there on the photo or if it is already removed and left only a mark on the jacket. I also cannot make clear if the guy itself is a german too, cannot figure out the garrison cap.
Maybe someone has further infos?

Looks like the patch has been removed. We've had a few chats about A-2s in LW use. Heinrich Bär for example was one who had one.

 

[Pilot]

The A-2 wearer is an Italian pilot.
They are celebrating the 1000th sortie ( there is a part of the panel on the right hand side showing the reason of celebrating)of the Luftwaffe pilot with the flowers.
Most probably a JG27 airfield, somewhere in Italy 1943
