Not as an app, but I do have it and not sure why. Lately, as in the Global Shipping Program that resets itself to accept every time I list sio if I don't consciously un-click it I unconsciously accept it. That is probably the case with my linked PP. I'm starting to pay more attention as I navigate through Ebay. I like selling on Ebay very much and it's a great place to purchase my materials, computer gadgets etc. but is certainly a problem that they do try to slip things by like this.

Rants aint what they were.
Seriously though,if you lose your phone it could be a big problem. EBay advised me to to keep signed out,but then other functions are disabled making the app useless.

I noticed the link just last week when purchasing a white lambskin for 39.00, and then a USB gang port for 3.99 Tandy Leather has the skin for 99.99 on the other side of Vegas ( 45 min. with traffic ) And Walmart has a similar USB port for 12.99 ( 15 min. drive ) Both arrived within a few days so buying on Ebay is definitely worth it for me. I'm trying to buy more of these consumer type products through Ebay because my Trooper get about 16 miles to the gallon.

I've been on top of internet security ever since a few months ago when my Ebay was compromised, I had used the same password for well over a year. Since then internet security is a little hobby of mine and I actually enjoy and feel a lot safer updating my settings regularly. The link is probably safe enough as long as I sign out, and my Ebay and PP passwords are strong and updated from time to time. But I will probably unlink it soon just to be safe.

Yes - just read it on Wikipedia so it must be true. It's hard to type with ones tongue in ones cheek.

What I'm saying is it could have slipped by without you even knowing like the GSP. Maybe just by being still signed in to Ebay and checking a personal email. Ebay and PP have been one for a long time now, but I don't think they would make this thing mandatory as people prefer to maybe use a CC or something as opposed to PP. Ah ha, here you are -

GOOGLE any question and there it is.

Oh, I see. Just read through the whole thing and it seems just as I thought, you have to un-check the box or you could slide right by without knowing. You actually have to opt out at every check-out as it says that Ebay remembers your information for next time.

If you use the mobile version there is no chance to opt out you are opted in by default and there are no preferences in settings to make changes.

OK I got it now. I do have the app but only use it in the field to do a completed listings search if I find a military item that I'm not familiar with. Otherwise with cropping photos, measure items, etc. all the time, my listing and buying is done at home on the shop or office PC.
