I just re-measured it with a sewing tape and if I run it along the outside of the sleeve its 25" including the cuff. Before I was using a measuring stick so I was going straight from the seam to the end of the cuff. I contacted Gary Eastman when I bought it and he checked his records, and it is a stock 50 with no alterations. I loved the fit of this jacket, but I lost 25lbs and have kept it off for a year, so I decided to put it up.
