I often switch to eBay sites in other countries and find stuff that doesn't appear on the UK site. Some is stuff that they don't want to post abroad but can often be persuaded to with a gentle request
But back to specifics, might I suggest you go to the UK site to sort newly listed and Worldwide and then you'd get round the problem. (except the no overseas postage items), or am I missing something?

I only ever use the desktop to look at eBay. It's just too difficult otherwise.
Something that was noticed the other day - could still be happening now, not checked lately - was that in Advanced search the option to view listings by 'on eBay <certain country>' or 'available to <certain country>' with one of the options 'on eBay from any country' doesn't seem to work any more. eg: I look on eBay Australia and get, say, 20 hits. Look on 'any country' and still get only 20 hits - and find the Advanced option has gone back to 'on eBay Australia'. Hmmm.

No I don't have mobile
THE US ebay used to have a feature where you could see items from all worldwide ebay sites.
Suddenly it disappeared. I complained to ebay and they said "we didn't touch anything" (what a liars)
Luckily it is still available at UK ebay
