I had the chance to buy one of these 43's last year Mikey for £800 ,it was the perfect fit and quite solid but I was a bit reluctant (like an idiot maybe :lol: ) , the going rate then was a grand plus , and even tho a couple of my mates have originals they just don't appear very often, if at all,....that said when I saw this I also nearly fell off my chair......Rare as hens teeth tho

Well it has yet to sell. A asking price, and a selling price are two very different things as far as an items true value is concerned. I have a feeling this will sell for much less than the buy it now if it even sells at all.

If this has a waterproof plastic type lining inside the visible liner, I found a mint example about 10 years ago that I sold for 80 bucks. Next time I saw it, it grew a squadron patch and was hanging at the guys table at the Lowell, MA patch meet. Not long after selling, I saw another mint example sell for 1500- on Ebay and wanted to clobber the guy I sold mine to.
