Star Sportswear ‘75 G-1 USN Jacket

A Star turned up on eBay UK in a 48 at a very reasonable price so I’ve taken a punt.

Collar is Dynal though the vendor thinks otherwise & states the hide is goat, I presume for ‘75 it’s going to be cowhide rather than goat?

Not the most desirable of the G-1’s I know but in the UK larger sizes are quite rare.

Didn’t work out, big shoulder and chest numbers which worked for me, orangutan arms which didn’t. The deal breaker was the longest G-1 front I’ve ever seen (groin length) with a very short back & it stank..shipped it’s ass back to the seller for a refund..biting the bullet and getting an ELC G-1 ordered next week as part of a visit to see them down in Devon.
