I am not convinced that this patch is for the 519th, the saying means tiger cub or something close to that in vietnamese? any other opinions? I like the graphic, cool looking patch but the 519th never left the USA during korea or vietnam.

Probably a Vietnamese unit. maybe a training unit considering it translates to tiger cubs.

confirmed on umf as a svaf unit. misidentified on ebay, actually a pretty rare patch japanese made for us advisors
