What kind of jacket is this? Its not a M41, but it has some of the same features
like a bi-swing back and adjustments at the waist and wrist. It looks like the outside is wool.

I really like this. Anyone know what it is?

It's a so-called ETO jacket, second pattern. Officially: Jacket, Field, Lined, Enlisted Men. These were manufactured in England for the U.S. Army from 1944 onwards. Made of the same material as the British Battle Dress with a khaki coloured cotton lining.

There's also a first pattern jacket manafuctured in 1943 which resembles the M-1938 Parsons jacket.

Both jacket were frequently used by groundcrews of the A.A.F.
