This has been listed about four times with no sale. Is it too small or too expensive ?

Actually, there is some truth in that. I think the demand for Irvins is mostly from us Brits. Note that there isn't the love for Irvins in Japan that there is for US flight jackets, though there are multiple reasons for this.tcwu said:American rather have B-3 not the RAF jacket! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Yes, anything in the 42/XL catgeory usually fetches as higher price. That said, I'd have been happy to pay ¥14,000 for a top condition size 38 N-1. A couple of months ago I dithered over one at ¥15,000 and it didn't sell, but got relisted at ¥19,000...if I'd won the auction at ¥15,000 the seller would probably have just cancelled.ausreenactor said:But they are generally cheaper than 42s and 44s.
