Searching for a Star A-2 Label!

Can anyone tell me where I might obtain one of these labels to replace my missing one? Or, is anyone out there making repros of these?

I believe there's just the one repro, Jaydee. It shows the contract number, whilst the original has the order number.

Good luck with extracting a label .... :)
