This jacket (or a very similar one), was flagged up some time ago and not clearly identified - this seller has clearly done quite a bit of research since then:

This one has age and provenance in the label - not exactly the same as the above but perhaps a later(?) or very similar civi version:

I must be getting old - my memory is failing here is the original thread

it is the same jacket and seller and now it's really priced not to sell.
