ralph edwards G-1 7823B sleeve length

Hi all: i checked out this ebay jacket but the sleeve length seems a bit short. i know there is a lot of variation in these jackets but think this is a bit short for the rest of the jacket and the other Ralph Edwards jackets of this time.

your thoughts?

pretty much proportioned IMO, maybe is missing half an inch due to original cuffs replacement at some point.
