cow? 1950s jacket? interesting label. i wonder what it came from, as it does not look like any a-2 label i have seen.

I think its a 1940s civi jacket with a Perry D-1 label Vic. Someone has tried to eradicate the D-1 designation to inflate the price of the jacket perhaps..... :roll:

I noticed it wasn't a genuine A-2 and had a faked wrong label but was a nice 1940's jacket anyhow. I did place a bid but woke to find he has cancelled all bids so either has had an offer to sell it off ebay or he has realised it was wrongly described.

I sent him and email Paul and explained it was a civi jacket with a D-1 label. He had hoped it would sell as original issued jacket. I'm not sure why he didn't revise the listing.
