Hi, Folks,

Just look at the A-2 which I think is a No-Name W535 ac-23383.

John Chapman calls it unique in his CD but if a repro maker produced a jacket like that today, I'd bet we'd be all over it for the supposed mistakes of incorrect pocket flaps, collar not in the middle of the windflap and so on.

Still it doesn't have the class of a Dubow 20960.

Not sure about the 23383....to my limited knowledge the 23383 didn't have a collar hook located at the edge of the windflap.

"Harris" is Lt. Col. Francis (Bucky) Harris, CO of the 94th (Hat in the Ring) FS, 1st FG.

"Margareth" is of course Margaret Bourke-White: photojournalist, social critic, artistic eye, one helluva woman.

Hey, get a load of this:

As usual, I stand corrected - but maybe a StarW535ac-28557 - the pocket flaps have a curve rather than the straight lines.

Man, you guys sure know the details. - Good for the rest of us newbies.

Heh -- I was gonna say the pockets were too far back of center! ;)
