The hh used on this seal Perry is remarkably similar to the hh used on many Star Sportswear A2s. Very nice Perry which will set the new owner back around £1k.

Indeed, leather quite unlike most Perrys I've seen / handled, going by the photos. I'd have thought the price would top out at USD $1000 at most though, its nice, but not spectacular. Just my opinion of course.
As a side issue, never seen a Perry with the hanging loop sewn in symmetrically, most noticable when looking at the stitching on the back. A Perry trait for some reason? JC might have to start copying this 'fault' :lol:

Don't get me started on the offset hanger Jason :lol:
JC did offset the hanger in Steve's recent 16175 at his request (and my GW 23377 is a little off centre too) and it looks a the better for it in my mind. :roll:

$1600? I'm with Jason- I think more like $1k for a sz 44 but then as everyone's saying prices seem to be going up. My sz48 was $1500 during the boomtimes. Not long to wait to see what happens. It is very different from mine as well.

A Japanese dealer, who pays high prices for jackets is the high bidder and with him in the race £1k is not out of the question.
