Paypal!!! Dodgy Bastards...

Gents..

For the second Christmas in a row I have a Paypal claim against me. Fortunately, both items have been sent via
Registered Post International. The first dispute last year took 3 months to sort, as Paypal investigate the scans
sent 17 minutes after the claim went it. Only to have them decide that two postal receipts were not enough. Appeal
went in and an apologetic Paypal coughed up the dough. Item came back 4 months later, return to sender & dated
the same day the claim went in? And last Friday, a tracked item shipped 10 days earlier was hit up for US$350.
Buyer ID 777zippo2006 No longer a registered user. Neither is 777zippo2007 nor 777zippo2008. Li Fanshun is his name.
He constantly offered on most jackets I listed. Not sure if anyone here saw his work? Anyway, Australia Post confirmed
that the item was delivered on 6 December. Paypal due to respond by 28 December. Have provided all receipts, the
timeline for the items delivery and a venting nasty gram with the supporting claims history by other US sellers who have
been stung. At the very least Seller Protection will see the funds restored, but if Paypal pay out, that is just our fees
wasted? Might have to start employing the dodgy fee avoiding practices to save some money and have a win. List for $1.00
with $35.00 shipping. You dont pay fees on your shipping! Just learnt this! Go to the eBay/Paypal hate sites..
http://www.technewsworld.com/perl/board ... /4432.html and you will learn a lot. Nearly 10 years and I had no idea. Goes into the history of private
auctions, shill bidding as a benefit for eBay, and more..

Anyway... Li Fanshun from China...crooked as a bent stick! "You have been warned!"

Re: Paypal Scammers..

Gents!

Wouldn't you know it! Having provided a shipping docket almost two weeks ago and attaching it to the Paypal claim
for the jacket delivered 6 Dec, received an email this evening from Paypal Australia stating I have 72 hours to comply
with a request for a Fax of the receipt and docket to an Australian number. Non-compliance would result in a decision
in favour of the buyer. The emails with the item tracking number, delivery timeline and everything has been there for a
fortnight. Now a hi-res scan was attached again. I sought clarification what would happen with the lack of clarity of
a faxed photocopy? I referred them to the scans again. They are certainly using every tactic to avoid seller protection.
This is the first Christmas in nine years we have stayed home? Karma...

I have all the documentation from the aggravation last year. Same deal, I was smart enough to take it with me! Months
it took last time to have them state my evidence was insufficient by email. I phoned to verify what happened. They stated
the scan I sent was partially obscured. I agreed that it was, but then the postal receipt was folded behind the shipping
docket and then scanned again and attached as Scan2.jpg. Funds were released.

I think that an email sent late afternoon on Christmas eve would not be looked at in many cases, and this is what they are
counting on. And the loss of the receipt in a week. I am a Virgo for Pete's sake! These subversive types do not understand
the lot of the Jacket Junkie! Responded, with a fresh scan of the postal receipt and the shipping doc with as little sarcasm
as possible. I stated all this has been on your file for two weeks now.

Will keep you posted. Will fax the rough copy and await a response.

Merry Christmas to everyone..
