Probably a size 40 or 42. Looks great but wow $172.92 postage to the UK!

You could try talking him out of "UPS Worldwide Express ... 1 to 2 working days". :)

And he doesn't have much feedback, he once bought something in 2003.

It's OK David, I'm not interested in this one, but others outside the States maybe. I know Jacketimp wants a painted A2 and this one could be his size.

If my memory serves me correctly, as S.J., you said you only collected originals! Glad you have seen sense. You can knock the hell out of a repro, but not out of an original! My GW Werber is wearing in very well and I have no fear of damaging it through daily use. Have you decided on which contract you would like?

This is a hard question to answer as John produces so many excellent jackets. Personnally I love my Doniger. His new size 42 Dubow is awesome. Have a look at the examples on his site. http://www.goodwearleather.com/photos/

"Jacketimp".....an imp being a small demon, eh?! me thinks you're being a little 'inpish' regarding getting a GW or maybe you saw the light, ha, ha! That is a very nice painted original though, no desk-jockey jacket there.
