Original B-15 at Rose Bowl Flea Market

I was at the Rose Bowl flea market on Sunday and saw this original B-15. It has definitely seen better days, but I snapped some quick photos anyway. Is that red leather backing something that was done post-war, maybe to patch the mouton, or is it original to WWII production?

I would never toss a WWII jacket but I would come close with that one.
That red leather is most certainly not original.
