Hmmmmm... The pose reminds me of "Tattoo" from "Fantasy Island" saying "De plane! De plane!"

"I have his military history in a diary that he kept and the aforementioned can all be documented upon request. How did I come by all this?? Well, I was his best friend for over 30 years and when He died in 2011 at the age of 90 he told his stepdaughter that I was to have all his Military parafanailia." ........

Little did he know I would turn around and sell it.

Yeah, really. Do you think he will give the money to the stepdaughter or profit off his friends generous gift? I hope he would only sell the jacket and atleast keep the documents and awards.

Shoulder decal and color suggest it's a redye. The cuffs have been replaced, too.

At least the guy waited a whole year before unloading his best friend's stuff.

What if I said that the Step Daughter got a reasonably valuable house together with cash and bonds to a high value as her share of the inheritance.

Also that the original owner wanted to thank his friend of over 30 years with a present to help him in his later years and he did not mean the jacket and related items, but the money it would generate to help him through the difficult times older people face when their income falls/ceases and yet the bills and cost of living in this difficult time remain high.

Would you still be so hard on him ?
