Original A-2 with a loop neck hanger?

Never saw a loop hanger on an original A2.
The pics are quite blurred, but around the Poughkeepsie label there seem to be the stitches of a previous, larger label.

This not a Poughkeepsie, but a civi jacket with a Poughkeepsie label added.

The B-G Inc. 55J14 I used to own had a loop hanger, although it was larger.

The jacket appears to be made of goat and does not conform to any contract A2s made from goat.
