Victor, I think this is a no name Cable jacket with berry knits. It has all the features of a jacket from the 27753 contract, including the Conmar zipper, long box stitching on the epaulets, correct larger collar and pocket flaps. I have seen a few other Cables from this contract with berry knits.

What it doesn't have is provenance. I would rather have an unadorned A-2 from this manufacturer rather than this one with no history as it will always be assumed to be faked.

My thoughts are the leather bloodchit is real as is the shoulder CBI patch. The painted 23rd is no good. If it had one of the original nice multipiece leather 23rd FG patches on it, it would be worth all of the opening bid and then some. As is.....no.
