Not exactly mint, but...

Hello,

Here are a few pics of my last B-3.
I've just had to change the zipper as it was rusted and a tooth was missing.
When I've received it I couldn't believe it was an original B-3, but yes it is.
B-3 are badly getting old usually, so I thought it was interesting to show you this one.

Thank you for your comments.

Marcel, I wouldn't wear this jacket. As you know I'm not a wearer and it's not the right season to wear such jacket here !
You'll discover it soon my friend

Another B-3 I've bought recently, I really like this kind of well well worn jacket too :

Impossible to compare it to the other one but this one has seen action. So it diserves a lot of respect too.

Tim, thanks for posting these pics of the two B-3s. They both look great in different ways. I agree with you, an original B-3 is really for display as they rip so easily these days. I have a near mint 1942 B-3 by the same maker as your first jacket, who could well be Phillips Tanning.

That first B-3 is fantastic, Tim.

Andrew ... what makes it appear to be the Phillips Tanning contract?
