From the same veteran, and the B-6 is a size 44, but the Class A is 38 and the shirt is a 14 neck... Flight helmet size small.

Strikes me as a little unusual, but I guess it could have happened.

That's a way above average example although it's been Pecarded to within an inch of it's life. I would imagine it's quite fragile. I once owned a B-6 from that contract and I remember the sizing was very odd. If I remember correctly it was tagged 46 but came up as about a 42 but with hugely long arms !
