The fully embroidered US made version, like this patch, is the one you most often see. However, it has also been very accurately reproduced. I don't have a real one to compare with, but knowing that makes me nervous.

It appears from the description, that the seller bought a patch collection, and may not be that knowledgeable regarding exactly what he has. But in looking at some of the other patches that are for sale in his other auctions, I can see several that I know are reproductions....some pretty good ones.

Maybe someone has a known original to compare with, but without that, I think this one would be a gamble.
