outdoor shots are from a guy in Japan who sells lots of Eastmans. Not sure if he's a distributor or just an enthusiast. Its a nice jacket.

I agree the outdoor shots are not of the jacket for sale so that's very misleading. Not even sure if they are of an Eastman. Look more RM or BR to me.

It does look like a nice B-3. Shame it has a repro Crown zip as they are far less durable than a Talon on a heavy fleece jacket.

Looks like times have changed. Not too long ago people were chiming the merits of Crown while Talon and Conmar were 2nd tier items. I have to agree the price of the Japanese B-3 as well as their other leather jackets is unreasonable. Do the Japanese have large amounts of disposable income?

I guess they have the advantage ... not having to first convert their Yen into US Dollars at an unfavourable exchange rate.
