I dunno what brand this jacket is, but I have to give kudos to the artist.
I know when I was looking for a jacket painter 10 or 15 years ago, they were charging $ 300-400 to paint just the back of a jacket. That's why I taught myself to paint...I was too cheap to spend that much back then.
