Newbie G1 contract question

As someone new looking to pick up a wearable G1 on eBay after reading much useful information I still don’t know what the 11 digit number represents on the last line of a Brill 7823D. My understanding is the contract is the DSA number. Is 8415-268-7802 still part of the contract?
