Have to use a third party like Photobucket. Simply copy the image URL and the pic will show. Once you join Photobucket for free you "upload" a pic from your PC. Once loaded, the image URL is one of several listed under the pic. Once you left click it, it will automatically be copied. On the thread here place the cursor where you want the pic then just right click and choose "paste".
I don't give instructions that are intuitive but it will become evident as you do it.
