New A-1 - new capeskin

Hello

Here's some shots of my current pattern A-1 in the new capeskin. It's nice stuff, very soft and develops a patina almost immediately. The buttons are horn and the lining is cotton with wool knits.

This and the new Cable pattern will be added to my website at some point soon. Both are available now.

Thank You
Mark Fisher

I think we all need to remember/know that Mark (Superior Flight Apparel) is another very fine "mid range price" option for ordering your custom jackets. He is in the price range of Bill Kelso (this new A-1 runs about $700) and without starting a war, if he is using the same hides as Good Wear, we have GW hides at Kelso prices and for us in the US, cheaper shipping. I know he and John have partnered on things like bottom hole machines, etc.

Congrats Mark on the excellent workmanship.

Holy cow. Perfect, everything about it.
I don't think anyone is going to be able to beat that one.
If I hadn't just bought an A2 I would have been all over it.

Heh, heh. Someone once wrote on this forum that he used a "CORN HOLDER" to punch stitch holes into a leather jacket.

I had to read the post three times before I fanally saw the "D" in "HOLDER".

Both A-1 patterns look very fine indeed.
I'm not a fan of this particular cape in the hand as I've said elsewhere, but the silhouette looks impressive.
