The shield patch on that jacket is also called the CBI, The sun stands for China, the star for India, and the red white and blue for U.S. Not sure what if anything represents Burma.

I saw a stamp on Ebay a few minutes ago, said CBI so I thought it was
some kind of auction term. Turns out it was issued by the Central Bank of Iraq.
I love acronyms!!! I would throw them in presentations in meetings I would be in
to see if people were paying attention. Then we were notorious for buzz words and
terms in the Navy. Some one came up with seamless environment in one of our battlespace
management meetings. So I started adding terms to it and putting in all the upper management
meetings I had to go brief. I thought I was being funny, hilarious in fact. I would snicker under my
breath. BUT THEN I would see MY terms in OTHERS MEETINGS!!! They COPIED mine SERIOUSLY
and I thought I was being funny. I came up with "We have to make sure when working together
that we have a "synergistic seamless synthetic environment" when we have ....." Then a week later
I went to another meaningless meeting that management would have, and someone came up with
"Synergistic Battlespace Arena with a seamless synthetic environment" I was laffing my ass off but
they were being serious, even though the guy had no clue on what he was talking about!!!
anyway, a little aside there.

Beautiful jacket. All you experts, original, yes ? Looks good to me. The leather looks very thin though. Interested in the bogus contract label. Can someone explain ?

I have seen that label, I think it was intended for the civilian market, the jacket is period. Could be a private purchase.

Could someone in the US please ask the size. It's one of those auctions where they won't accept questions from us nasty foreigners.

I messaged the seller asking for size or measurements Peter. If they don't post the question & answer on the bottom of the listing I'll let you know their answer.

I still have not heard back from the seller. With no questions posted on the listing apparently they are ignoring them. I don't have the funds or interest in the item but thought I'd try to help. There's bids on this A-2 but they're not very high yet.
