i'm by far not as a detail geek as some other on this forum but anyway interesting to see those smaller difference on the jackets

ED CHURCH - no label present - was refurbished at some point

BRILL BROTHERS mall jacket - got her pretty cheap even though in nice condition

Could someone maybe help me out to date the jackets?

I know the year of manufacture is part of the contract no but still didn't manage to keep in mind which digits would be significant

The Brill bros is 1971
The Martin Lane is 1969

As they show up and are within my budget + wearable for me (size 46)

I do not need jackets in my closet that don’t fit since I want to use ‘em but not just as decoration

The Ed Church should be before 1943 something and the Monarch is 1951

Nice collection my friend. I moved most of my G-1s and keep only 1968 Brill Bros.

Great collection Thomas, fantastic to see them together and be able to compare them.
I have three original G-1s currently, Star D 69, Martin Lane D 68 and a Brill Bros D 71 like yours.
I find my ML is probably the most comfy and best fitting of all. The ML and BB's goat are almost identical, the Star is a touch darker and heftier.

Great group of jackets there Thomas. Wear and enjoy them - they are really practical, great fun and put up with anything you throw at them in my experience
