It is very difficult and expensive if you are talking about the original.One my friend who collected these jackets for many years only found it with difficulty a couple of years ago. I remember that this is a quite rare thing.

Someone in China made them about ten years ago… at the time you can buy them on eBay easily.

Yep, indeed these made in Okinawa are rare and interesting... some Japanese companies and Helikon made copies [printed in China] but all were not even close to genuine ones. Chinese ones you can easily find online.

The Japanese brand The Real McCoys makes one; I tried it on in Paris last month. It costs 900 euros and good luck finding one, they sell like hot cakes. The one I tried on in size L got sold a few days after and there are non left in Europe. However, this brand and Buzz Rickson specialize in high end reproductions of military clothes. I own an MA-1 by The Real McCoys and it is fantastic but it cost me a kidney.
Brandit has one with a Swedish camo that looks a bit like this and it is not what you are looking for.
