Labelled AN-J-3 jackets are very rare indeed. This one has its original civi McGregor label and is in very sound condition with its triple-marked Talon zip.

I like it. I thought these jackets were always made in goatskin but this looks like horsehide to me ?

I like that-good job it's too small or I'd be overreaching myself again! I like the bit about 'unique repairs' too! We could make that a whole new selling point-'unique moth holes', 'unique red rot' 'unique broken zip'! Seriously, though, is this a clue to who, if anybody, made military AN-J-3's, I wonder?
