Gone, but not forgotten.
  • D-1 BOMBER JACKET MARTIN GOULD
    Jacket of the 70
Very good brand (the Eastman at the time)
    It's not a B3, but then D1 a 1 / 4 skin only less thick
    Size 46 48 or XL
    shoulder-shoulder 56 cms
    armpit armpit 63 cms
Length 69 cm under the collar
    Sleeve length 67 cms
Very good condition but small loss of pigment in the color and traces of glue on a handle (visible in the photo, unfortunately I can not do because my other camera is HS)
    Closing RIRI in perfect condition.
Very nice jacket, very rare ...

I've got one of those. Not 100% accurate, but very well-made and very cool. Many have commented favourably about it. The Riri zips are things of beauty, even if they don't really belong on a D-1. I tried to sell mine last year, couldn't get any interest even at £80, so I decided to hang on to it.

Although the new Broken Grain looks great, these early jackets were the best and in time I think will be collectable.
