M-43 jacket lined with a B-10

Must be the only Superior OGS (sic) M-43 in the world.
That surely isn't an outside-regulation-modification executed when that M-43 still was in the Army, right?
After-service modification that does make practical sense and also looks good to me, but maybe just as much a waste for the B-10 in itself would have been a nice collector's item.

Not sure if an early M43 or not, but very possible, why not? I saw an m43 cut to waist length with a belt added and white lambs wool collar years ago. It had CBI and HQ patch as well with Captain bars. The wool was just stitched on top of the cloth. Along with it, a very legitimate grouping of items, all made sense.

What a cool thing to see. I always get a kick out of the more unique field mods. The guy that had this done had a very good idea. It also looks to be executed pretty well.
