Looks like Chinese and Indian lettering.

In the book, "Art of the Flight Jacket", pg. 117 it shows a field jacket embroidered with Japanese kanji, when translated, it was the pilots name, "Casey Pruder".

In the same book, it shows many examples of name tags for CBI theater pilots written in several languages, the most common besides English were Chinese and Indian.
