I couldn’t post this in the “Repro” section because it realky isn’t good enough to be classed as a repro - more of a loose homage.
But.... i went and bought it to throw in the back of the car and wear whilst pottering in my unheated garage and not give a fig what happens to it.
No mocking thank you !!

No hate here.
Alpha might not make the best repro jackets nowadays, but we all love jackets of different types, shapes, sizes, manufacturers and times; well, most of us anyways.
IMO colour is a little weird, but still a good jacket all around. Wear it in good health.

I had one because I could not afford the very good replica series when they both came out, the vintage series was a lot cheaper but they ran big.
A few others like Weintraub/patriot uniforms where selling them at the time, I think they possibly came from the same factory and where relabelled because no matter who sold them they where always the same light green and washed out blue colour and came in S,M,L etc sizing.
The replicas series came in the 38, 40 etc sizing and the only other company I can recall making a similar quality in the correct colours at the time was Brents but their sizing was S, M well in the L2 anyway which I had.
Can't remember the names of the others, it was so long ago now and I was still London at the time so I had little exposure to what was available in the US.
I had a Weintraub B-15, I hated the light blue colour so much I dyed it dark blue.
