Does anyone know the maker of Genuine Leather Brand jackets? I believe I saw on this sight where someone mentioned this maker. I have searched the web, but no luck.

I recommend you to go The Leather Makers (https://www.theleathermakers.com/). They have very good quality of vintage leather jackets that are manufactured from genuine leather. When you buy from it, you will the difference in terms of quality.
