wtf???? the description does not make any sense. what the hell is he-she selling? this one has to be some kinda send up, or the seller is certifiable.

He's probably insane, Victor. Even with documented provenance the item is unlikely to sell for more than a few hundred pounds at most. I love all the pics of Mrs T and the link to the drama video, which are all irrelevant.

Andrew...

I can put a bid on for you! :) We can pay, then do a bogus Paypal claim. Get the money and then have a GBP10,000 jacket to wear. Verry Merry Christmas!! ;)

he's selling it for £10000K, not £10K.
all he has to do is chill on the sofa and ask himself ... do i feel lucky! well, do you ... dumbo!

he's got his nuts and noughts confused, i'm sure he meant to say £9.99 starting bid and £25 postage!
but i also think he's just having fun, or winding people up!

top of the page says:
Returns:
Returns accepted

bottom of the page says:
Return policy
No Refunds (Under Any Circumstances). We will glady accept the Item back from you (as a Free Donation on your part) ; but you will not get any Cash Refund (Whatsoever).

and this bit is what ebay says right underneath it!
Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 7 working days after the day you receive the item.

Judging by the seller's response to me I would say he is being serious about the price and perhaps has no intention of selling the coat. Maybe he just enjoys the publicity he gets with this item on Ebay. All very sad!

the thing is even if someone makes a £1 offer, he'll get invoiced £25001 !
ebay would end the listing for excessive postage if they knew about it, but it's fun telling people, everyone has had a good laugh so far!

Why don't you report the joker to Ebay. They will probably do nothing, but with his excessive shipping and inappropriate link to a video clip of Margaret Thatcher Ebay should end the listing.

I don't get why anyone really cares...except as a joke :? But I guess...too bad we can't have him arrested..rather than just reporting him...

Arrested? This seems a very mild punishment! ;)

He may be having fun, but why repeatedly re-list an item which will never sell at his price and incur listing fees?

Go on Van, buy it and give the guy an almightly shock!
