This a post war Irvin style jacket made from lower grade materials. Clix zips were common on these jackets and often vinyl was used instead of cowhide for the collar back and seam tapes. Most of the ones I have seen used an almost white sheepskin for the sleeves. Pride and Clark was a prolific maker of these civi jackets. They are often listed as wartime Irvins on Ebay.
