I can't say anything for authenticity, but this looks like very supple and very nicely grained hide to me, and great colours. If only the chest were an actual 44 ....
I can help with translating/shipping if needed, and although he says shipping to Germany only, so far I haven't met a German who was reluctant to ship elsewhere.
