Two of those a-2s were once mine. Seems they both sold for about 2x + what I sold them for 7-10 years ago.

Made me wonder what The Thrift Shop's web site would have looked like had there been such a thing in the late 70s
We'd usually have a dozen or more of that level, amongst maybe 80 -100 military jackets in stock most oif the time...............some will recall
BTW The highest price ever achieved by us in those days was £700 sold to Vitas Gerulaitis
